EDIT: This interview has apparently been moved to tomorrow (Thursday) instead.
Thanks to Lauren for sending in this news. Christofer Drew is going to be interviewed over the phone on The Punk Rock Show with DJ Rossstar tomorrow (Wednesday). The interview should be between 7 and 7:15PST and they will post the full episode within a week of the show on their website, but you can listen live tomorrow. Click below to go to the website:

ForTheSound.com interviewed Chris and Taylor for their website. Here are some interesting bits:
I think a lot of people are surprised to learn that you are still unsigned and have chosen to not sign to a label. You’ve said that a lot of that had to do with wanting to maintain control over your music and all that you do, have there been labels that have approached you and asked you to compromise your music or image to be a part of their label? Or has it just been something you avoided in general?
I mean, I’ve talked to a lot of labels and I pretty much met with every major label and just slowly as I went along as a musician I started figuring out that I didn’t feel like that industry, was for me. I don’t know. It just didn’t feel right. And uh, we got pretty close to signing sometimes and they were always like just, just always looking for radio singles, you know? They don’t care about being an artist or anything like that so,..I don’t know it wasn’t the right vibes.
Okay so next is superlatives. I’m glad you’re both here, you can work together! If the people on this tour were to vote on superlatives the way a high school does for the yearbook at the end of the year, what would each of the members in your band get? What would each of the bands on the tour as a whole get? (Example: Most likely to…, Best…, etc.)
Christofer: I’m most likely to get raped.
Taylor: Most likely to get raped?!
Christofer: Yeah.
Taylor: Definitely.
Christofer: I’m very sensitive…
Taylor: Or kidnapped.
Christofer: Or kidnapped, yeah! That works too…because I don’t know karate moves!Taylor: Most likely to never clean out the van!!
Christofer: Yeah! We’re the dirtiest band ev-er. I don’t get it. Our van is so dirty, you can’t even see the floor. Like, I have to sit cross-legged on the seat because there’s so much shit on the ground.
Here’s a short interview and 2 performances Chris did for KSFX that I never posted. I don’t know how I missed them, they are like a month old now, haha.
Nevershoutnever!
Christofer Drew IntervewFriends know him as Christofer Ingles, fans know him as Christofer Drew, and everyone else simply knows him as Nevershoutnever!. Starting the band on September 2007, he has accomplished so much in so little time. Touring with bands like Hellogoodbye and Ace Enders, it’s hard to believe that he’s only seventeen. Check him out at www.myspace.com/nevershoutnever.
What programs do you use on your mac to make your music?
Umm, lately I’ve been using logics studio pro and I started out on Garage Band when I used to have my macbook but now I’ve been slightly into a new program with a new recorder.Since you’re so busy, have you had time to get your license?
Yeah, I got my license when I just turned 16.How seriously are you taking eatmewhileimhot?
I don’t know. It’s just a side project, it’s just pretty much me and my buddies just hanging out and making music. So not very seriously, but yeah, I take it pretty seriously I guess. What is it like being so young and famous?
Oh, I’m not famous.…Kind of famous.
MaybeYeah you’re pretty famous.
…Kind of? Ok.[Laughs]
It’s strange for me because I used to be like, a nerd. I don’t know if someone told me, but I’ve met that apart from liking it, I could think people look a head above, you know? What is your favorite vegetarian food?
Hmm…I really like peanut butter and jellies a lot.Me too, but I really hate the unblanched, unsweetened peanut butter from Whole Foods. That stuff is gross.
[Laughs] I’ll take it.
You can’t go wrong, it’s so easy to make. I like to eat tofu a lot. I’ve tried fried tofu, its pretty good. I’m not very picky. What is your favorite holiday and why?
I think I like Thanksgiving the most, probably, because I get to go home for it and I like eating together with my family and just hanging out and getting to chill.Do you eat tofurkey?
Uh-huh.What does it taste like?
It’s just like turkey; it’s just a little chewier. But I mean, it’s a good substitute. When did you start becoming a vegetarian and why?
Probably like about a year, a year and a half ago. It was hard transferring into it first, but as I got into I got more into it I got more passionate about it and the animal rights and stuff. How do you keep your hair so straight and clean on tour?
I don’t, um actually it’s really weird, I don’t really wash my hair that much [laughs]. It’s just all natural oils and I use this natural shampoo and stuff but really there’s nothing to it. I don’t even straighten it anymore, I just like wake up and if it’s really big I’ll put on a hat or something, but that’s about it.
Justin from SupJustin.com got a chance to interview Chris a couple days ago. Check it out:
Interview with Chris from Nevershoutnever! on Nov. 25th, ‘08.
Me: So you’ve been on the tour for about a month now and this is one of the last stops, how has it been?
Chris: It’s been great. All of the bands have been great companions and I’ve learned a lot from all them… musically and just knowledge in general.Me: How did you come about joining the tour?
Chris: My booking agent pretty much just hooked it up. He booked the other bands on this, so yeah.Me: You’re only 17, correct?
Chris: YeahMe: How do your parents feel about you being on tour and going cross-country?
Chris: It was a little weird for them at first. It was something they got ready for because it was bound to happen. They’re chill with it though.Me: A lot of girls want to know this question: Are you single?
Chris: Not really. I am kind of dating a girl.Me: Is that who Dare4Distance is about?
Chris: Actually yes, yes it is (laughs).Me: Is there any record label signing coming soon?
Chris: No, I’m actually staying label free. I’ve actually gotten a couple offers, but yeah.Me: So you’re going in to the studio with Forrest [from Hellogoodbye] after the tour, right?
Chris: Yeah correct, in January I’m recording my full length with him.Me: Anything else you’d like to say?
Chris: Anybody who is reading this, I love you. Thanks for being supportive.
